male fans of prestige tv shows like mad men breaking bad and westworld are praised for their theories and metas and analyses of the content they watch but fans perceived as women are called hysterical and silly and ‘on a crusade’ when they do the exact same thing with a multi award show and whatever any reporter or journalist might say to defend themselves for their highbrow opinion, the only reason they talk about these fans this way is misogyny and homophobia. that’s it. no other excuse.
BBC Sherlock is like bouquet of roses you get from the store. It looks nice for a bit, but it’ll die and you’ll keep it longer than you should because dead roses are still romantic even though they’re getting a tinge moldy. But AO3’s take on BBC Sherlock, now that’s a rose garden you can always go back to.
in a world where fans try to predict the plots of lost and westworld, it was particularly evil and crazy of these fans to attempt to predict the plot of bbc sherlock
