Anyone interested: I’ve been having the best luck finding people on Dreamwidth by searching four ways:
1) search their Tumblr or AO3 name in the searchbar, “Site and Account” search category;
2) once you’ve found a few friends, look to see who else they’ve subscribed to/granted access to;
3) join the Holmesian groups (Holmestice, Watson’s Woes, acdholmesfest, reading221b, cox_and_co, etc.) and see who’s in them;
4) search the Holmesian interest tags (acd, Holmes/Watson, Sherlock Holmes, Granada Holmes, Johnlock, Sherlock, etc.) and follow users from there.
(My username there is also a_candle_for_sherlock. ♥)

Housekeeping and where to find me
I’m currently going through all my likes (phew) and posting most of it, while putting ns4w content in my drafts for publication after backup.
I have accounts on Dreamwidth, Pillowfort, AO3, Twitter and Discord, all with the same alias. But I haven’t been very active on any of them until now.
My fan videos are on YouTube, named pagi fanvids.
I’m working on putting my original content on Dreamwidth as a first step, but right now my priority is queuing and backup.
I’m not planning on leaving Tumblr yet, just securing everything I can and make lists of followers/following to be able to make contact on other platforms.

I don’t have a backup blog here yet. I have some sideblogs but I assume they will all be gone once my main gets deleted? I assume that might happen at some point with tumblr being dumb af these days.

So I’ve been here for a while and have 15,000+ posts. I’ve never posted adult content, but a quick scroll of recent posts showed a friggin’ post about the official Sherlock calendar was flagged. I can’t afford to take the time scrolling literally thousands of other posts to see what else has been incorrectly flagged, but statistically I’m sure more posts have been.
I also don’t have the time to really think about my fandom social media future right now, much less move all my junk somewhere else. So bleh.
What I’ve done for the moment is set up a Twitter: https://twitter.com/finalproblemo. Odds are it will mostly mirror things from over here for now, but maybe that will be helpful for you if are fully abandoning Tumblr but still want to know about new watchalong schedules & such.
I’m not going anywhere right now, but in the event Tumblr totally implodes, know you can find me on that Twitter (or if tweeting aIso becomes not an option somehow I will maybe finally update the page at http://holmes.dreamhosters.com/ to say real words).
