So, I know a lot of people who were really disappointed that in infinity war there was no sherlock reference, namely the “no s***, sherlock” quip between RDJ & Benedict, but most people don’t actually realize that there was one, and it was so subtle and I loved it.

RDJ turns to Benedict after suggesting they meet thanos on titan, and he goes “Doctor, do you concur?”

And that actually is a Sherlock Holmes line.

Thought we wouldn’t notice. But we did!

“Sherlock Holmes 3″ Is Still Happening…and Has a Release Date

Sherlock Holmes 3, the sequel to 2009′s Sherlock Holmes and 2011′s Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, will hit theaters nine years after the second installment. Sherlock Holmes 3 is currently scheduled for a December 25, 2020, release.

The film will once again feature Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes and Jude Law as Dr. Watson. Chris Brancato (Narcos) wrote the script, but there is not a director attached to the project yet.
